2008/2009 SHOWCASE TOURNAMENTS
Kolping Premier will play in several College Showcase tournaments.  The first two are the Raleigh Showcase in North Carolina on November 21-23 and the Tampa Bay Sun Bowl from Dec 27-30.  Details of the others will be made available soon. 

SUMMER CAMPS
Congrats to Colby Schneider and Christian Johnson. Both were named MVP's at the 2008 Indiana University soccer camp.

INJURY UPDATES
Christian is coming along fine and is getting better everyday.  He's got a great attitude and his goal is to be ready by Tampa.
Theile had successful surgery Web 11/19.  He may be available for Tampa.


RALEIGH SHOWCASE
The trip to Raleigh started off great.  Patti Troutman had car issues and piled in with Curt.  And of course in Huntington he ran over metal on the road and blew a tire.  It only cost a few hours.  Snow in the mountains caused Kyle Simpson to get in around 4AM.  The first game wasn't that great but we won.  We pretty much lost Spaw and Senger for the weekend with foot injuries.  Friday night on the way to a hockey game Derek got in a wreck. No injuries thank God.  The second game we got a red card about 10 minutes into the game.  We lost 2-1 but the second half we were as good as we have been even playing short.  CJ missed that one.  Hard to play when you're puking.  He'll miss Sunday also.  Right now everyone is chilling out watching UC beat Pitt....I smell oranges!
